 The Araba Fenice is a Four Star Prestige Hotel with Restaurant Bella Iseo, with lake frontage and is open all year. Being close to the major cities of Lombardy, such as Milan and Veroan, the hotel see a good selection of both tourists and business people. The hotel complex consists of three adjacent units, which have 43 rooms with a total bed complimen of 91 which includes, 4 Junior Suites overlooking the lake, 18 Deluxe Rooms with lake view, 6 of which with balcony and 12 Classic Rooms (two of which are equipped for disabled guests).

The once famous Casino is now a perfect meeting room, gala or banqueting room and is decorated in an Art Nouveau fashion. This lovely room is illuminated with natural and artificial light and has direct access to the lake visible from all windows a few metres above the lake level. Equipped with every modern equipment (video projector, sound system, WiFi Internet access) this room can hold up to 150 people and makes for a great company conference location.

Restaurant "Bella Iseo"
The restaurant "Bella Iseo" has an elegant outdoor terrace and is able to accommodate both residents and non residents. Recommended by the Michelin Guide it has a dining room for about 85 people ,a private room for about 25 people and an outdoor terrace on the lake for 70 people . The Chef "Alberto Valenti" offers both daily dishes from the local the region and modern Italian cuisine
Open daily, the restaurant has ample parking and a separate entrance to the hotel.

The outdoor pool is at lake level with a sunbathing area & sunbeds. The pool is available to guests only and allows you to relax and sunbath in peace, enjoying a wonderful panoramic view of the lake and mountains that surround it.

There is a Happy Hour on Friday evenings on the terrace or by the pool in summer or the American Bar in autumn and winter.
